Setting ACIS/Solid Kernel globally from ProSteel Options. ACIS = SOLID KERNEL for ProStructures SS4 (08.11.04.42), SS5 (08.11.10.54) and onwards You can have this option set in the ProSteel Options. If you go to ProSteel Options Dialog Settings Expert Mode set to EXPERT then Under Options tab you do now have an option to select what you want to be set automatically to Solid Kernel Note: Remember to turn back the Expert mode to Basic after doing this. NOTE: Setting parts top ACIS can cause that parts are slower in general behaviour, like detailing them. Without Solid Kernel parts are quicker, but calculation is not always as accurate, therefore for complex parts with roundings will give you better detail results with Solid Kernel on.
