Hello, Could you please let me know what selection type are you using? It seems I have found similar issue that was reported as Trouble Report D-123740. Please try to use workaround from this Trouble Report: Use isogen with "Current Drawing Only" option checked on. If you line is going through the multiple piping files, and you need iso from all of it, use the Advanced selection dialog, and select only Piping models to be used for iso, make sure you don't select Equipment model I hope this information will help.
