So it's either as Isogen issue, in which case there aren't too many good solutions), or its a difference between SS3 and SS4. I would compare the PCF out routines (ebs files found in the Modules\%ModuleName%\xchg\pcf) between SS3 and SS4 to see if there is any difference. Use a text comparison tool. If you notice a difference, try plugging the SS4 script into SS3 and see if it performs better. If it is an Isogen issue, the only thing I can think is to build a configuration from the SS3 Project, then open the model in SS4 under briefcase mode in order to run the iso's that have this issue.
