Recently, I was asked to calculate central weight point of whole model and I did a search on it. It looks like Isogen have ability to do it but involve a whole bunch of setup and is by line. Another page is directing me to convert the whole model to 3D solid and then use AutoCAD command MASSPROP command to do the calculation, which assuming all pipe and components have same densities. Now my question is, is there other way in AutoPLANT besides Isogen (which will be replaced with OPIM) which can do COG calculation with WEIGHT_DRY column data from spec? Thanks, Maggie
