It could be that AutoPlant generated comp_ids are already in the database. Please try to run Clean database that is under the Piping > Database tools.
As well it could be that the model have duplicate component with the same ID. Use view database tool to review component IDs of the selection. The ID of the component is shown in ATDB0606 error.
