Please try following.
Disable View Insulation and Redraw model (Piping> Representations> View)
Make sure that all required layer can be plot and are visible.
Set vieport's Visual Style to 2D Wireframe and Shade Plot to Legacy Hidden
Check that HIDEPRECISION = 1 and DISPSILH =1
After these steps I was able to get correct output.
