Good afternoon Tony, This is about a new property "TAG_CODE" that I inserted in the "INSTRUMENT" class. The purpose of this property is to display the number of the instrument with the suffix at the end. The number of the instrument should always be 4 characters wide, padded wiht 0's at the left if nessecary. The property at itself works perfectly displaying number and suffix with following ECExpression: this.NUMBER & this.SUFFIX Of cource, when the number is entered manually (e.g. "215") and the suffix has value "A" the value of TAG_CODE ="215A" and it should be "0215A". To get this right I thought of working with the "PadLeft" Method, but that does not work. Probably because I am doing something wrong but I can 't find what I'm doing wrong. I had included the "System.String" symbolset. Any help is greatly appreciated! Kind regards.
