Thanks Artiom, That does not work unfortunately. No matter what selection type I use I still get the same problem. I have a second PC running SS4 and this is running fine. Ran a similar iso on this PC and compared the pcf files and the difference is the nozzle does not come out in the one with the error. They are two separate projects so cannot upgrade the SS3 one to SS4 as client wants the project in SS3. I have checked the PCF out files and they are the same on bothe versions. Regards Ken
