Maybe you have noticed after what action this issue appeared first. Software installation, updates... anything else.
Could you please send me Process Explorer log from your PC. I will try to compare it with log from my test environment.
- Please download Process Explorer technet.microsoft.com/.../bb896653.aspx
- Launch Process Explorer and start AutoPlant. Try to generate BOM.
- Select acad.exe in Process Explorer and press Ctrl+D
- In lower pane right click on on column header, pick Select Columns and and enable Version column in DLL's tab.
- Now go to File>Save as and save acad.exe.txt file. Zip it and upload it here.
As this is global issue on your PC, I hope this information will help with investigation.
As for "not enough memory" error. Could you please send me error image? It could be that due to amount of components system runs out of memory. But I am not sure, could be something else.
