Exception in at_Dialog_display ARX Command
Unhandled Exception E06D7363 (e06d7363h) at address 7C812FD3h)
Problem Description
This exception message was shown in AutoPlant XM upon trying to load Drawing Preferences or while trying to draw pipe line. For this particular case issue was related to corrupt specification's MDB file. The steps below could be used for investigation and resolving this particular case. However the cause of similar issue could be related to different aspects, others then described here.
Steps to Resolve
- Open AutoPlant Piping and load Component Preferences
- Select different specification
- Once again try to load Drawing Preferences . If dialog will load. It could be that issue is related to corrupt specification.
- Close all Bentley applications and make sure no one is using specification.
- Try to open specification mdb file and run Compact and Repair.
- Reopen AutoPlant piping and try to load Drawing Preferences or draw a pipe.
