Purpose: Browse Limit in PowerPID tag browse dialog – hits limit when tags exceed 2000
BriefDescription: Once the database gets over 2000 tags the browse alternative repository will come back with the error message seen below.
To overcome this simply add the BMF_BROWSE_PROPMPT_LIMIT variable to the PCF or UCF file and set it for a value greater than the number given in the message.
Example:
BMF_BROWSE_PROPMPT_LIMIT = 5000
