Hello Warren, For new property created on pipeline tag, you need to set parser expression as well to enable it to edit it later. You may check below wiki article for your help. http://communities.bentley.com/products/plant/design___engineering/w/plant_design_and_engineering__wiki/24819.to-modify-pipeline-tag-name-in-openplant-modeler However on unchanged property value in pipeline manager, Try selecting all pipeline and click on edit pipeline and do a save without changing anything, this will refresh all property.
