Hello Alain, Could you please provide additional information and some screenshots of this issue? If you are getting errors during the synchronization process, could you please post them here? How are you synchronizing files to the database, with Manual, Interval or Instant mode? In other words, could you please provide exact steps that were used in synchronization process.
