Steps Please follow the steps below to convert your dbf file to db3 format. 1. Download the attached ConvertDBF2DB3.txt and rename it to ConvertDBF2DB3.exe. (Please visit the site to view this file) 2. Run the Tool> You will get the window like below: Clicke the browse button to select the DBF file. Once selected click “Save to DB3” to convert the DBF file. Please note the converted DB3 file will be saved in the same location where the DBF file is situated.
