Pipeing labels are still placed close the pipe without controls to offset them and the insulation is still an issue and in development to be fixed. However item labels that are on a leader can be offset more by inserting the following settings in red into the relavent style.xml: 7 0 0 True ARR1 0.8 1.2 2.5 0.8 1.2 2.5 0.4 Leader
