Hello Andrew, On placing rectangular boxes, you could use Block option under microstation drawing tools. See below. You could use other polygons available in that row to enable the text to adjust inside it. Also in case of showing Number in a separate row, you could use an additional $ sign under user labels option. For example, this should work if Tag TE-1234 comprises of 2 property TE- as DEVICE_TYPE_CODE and 1234 as NUMBER property then Labels should be written as &(DEVICE_TYPE_CODE)-&&(NUMBER) .
