I am also experiencing this error. A number of suggested solutions that did not work: 1) Full uninstall of all AutoCAD and AutoPLANT, restart machine, reinstall. 2) Delete registry entries and repair installation (as administrator) 3) Set rights to ...ProgramData/Bentley/Plant... (can edit and save at.ini) All these still result in the popup "Unable to read at.ini" file. AutoCAD can be used normally without AutoPLANT features. Selecting "Piping", "Raceways", etc. results in the same error message. Any suggestions would be most helpful. AutoPlant PDW version 8.11.9.140 (SS4) with AutoCAD 2012 SP2.
