...u should try clearing you local workspace(on your C: drive) to ensure its downloading the new workspace C:\pwworkdir\pw_production\pekoll\workspace Try deleting this directory... Might also be a good clearing all your local files. .But before doing this u should ensure everything is checked in to PW.
