Reason Install fails, because there is no Msvcr71.dll for Microsoft Visual C++ .NET 2003 file in C:\Windows\System32 folder for 32 bit and C:\Windows\SysWOW64 for 64 bit Operating System. Steps to Resolve Manually copy the Msvcr71.dll file to C:\Windows\System32 or C:\Windows\SysWOW64 before installing AutoPLANT. This file seems to be a part of .Net Framework 1.1, therefore you may take it from there. Or search C:\Program Files for Msvcr71.dll copy. Another possible solution for similar installation issue is installing Microsoft Visual C++ 2005 Service Pack 1 Redistributable Package MFC Security Update x86 ( http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=26347 )
