Hi It could be due to OpenPlant Modeler application is not installed properly. Before moving on for fresh installation try deleting the temp files from the below location and check if this helps. Ensure that OpenPlant Modeler application is closed. Delete the folder 10.0.0 from the below paths C:\Users\"User.Name"\AppData\Local\Bentley\OpenPlantModeler C:\Users\"User.Name"\AppData\Roaming\Bentley\OpenPlantModeler Reload OpenPlant Modeler application, this will create the user profile and preference from scratch.
