The title of your post and the content do not match. I will try to answer both queries.
Firstly, location of isometric drawing is concerned you can most probably find them here (for a default instalaltion) C:\ProgramData\Bentley\Plant V8i\xchg\pcf
ProgramData folder might be hidden so set folder options to show hidden folders first.
As far as using a Custom Title-Block With AutoPLANT Isometrics is concerned, this can be achieved by defining the ‘Drawing frame” with required company name, border, stamp etc’. This drawing frame would be used for Iso drawings you are generating. The path to the customized drawing frame can be given in Project Administrator as follows:
Root>Project>Isogen>Inputs>Drawing Frame (there is a separate browse-able row for it)
In order to suppress the default Drawing Frame and titleblock you need to use switch 18 and 25 respectively.
This can be done by using the edit button next to Root>Project>Isogen>Inputs>Options and finding the required switches by Tools>’Find option switch’ in the subsequent Options editor.
Make sure to check suppress the default title block and Drawing Frame.
