I'm no Plantspace expert, but as far as isogen is concerned I don't know if there is a way to do this with positioned text (POS file) as you are only retrieving the data once per iso as a PCF header item, and it will probably just return the first value it finds and position that. In order to do what you are describing, you would need to write insulation on a per-component entry basis to the PCF file. Once you do that, you could identify it as a miscellaneous spec item, so that insulation changes would be flagged on your iso much like a spec break. This is the only way I know to accomodate the situation you are describing.
