Helllo , Could you please try below steps and let me eknow if this helps. Please replace the attached files at_custdb.arx and at_custui.arx which are situated at C:\Program Files (x86)\Bentley\Plant V8i\Bin\R18 with the one I am sending. Please note to take backup of the orignal files before doing this operation.
