Dear Artiom, I disabled the InfoCenterOn=0 by my admin rights login on 3 PC. Then I log-off and regular user login the PC. Out of 3, at 1 PC the problem still comes while on other 2 PC the problem not occur yet. Very Strange.. Please next let me know what to do ...
