Respected Artiom, I set infocentreOn=0 by admin rights login, then also its stuck at the point “At_start_doevents” while opening. Then i have to forcefully via task manger, I have to End the process of WSCommCntr1.exe and WSCommCntr2.exe process, then the drawing gets open. Please let me know any other solution, to keep close this process permanently. Waiting for reply.
