Is this happening on same machine? Could you once again try recreate process monitor log. This time it should include Crystal Reports related files. Please use above manual to create log and include version column to it before saving log file. AutoPlant SS1 Shipped with Crystal Report Engine 11.5. Could you please provide bit more detailed information about hardware configuration for this machine? As well just in case, please check if there is enough free space on C drive and machine does not run low of RAM. Try to use Task Manager to check memory usage of the related process.
