Problem Description
Design states are not available in the OpenPlant Modeler, so user can not assign any components, pipelines or iso sheets to a specific design state.
Reason
This is usually caused because of an unavailable or incorrectly set User Access permissions for the Workflow states in the exact workflow, or doe to an incorrectly set Component Workflow in the project settings.
Steps to Resolve
Make sure that PW / OPMS Datasource is configured for Isometric Manager according to the steps defined in chapter 6 of the OPMS_Setup.pdf file, which comes with OpenPlant Administrator installation (located in C:\Program Files (x86)\Bentley\OpenPlant Administrator\OPMS_Setup.pdf);
- Check if all of the states in the workflow, defined as Component Workflow for the project, have their own permissions. If the permissions are inherited from the Workflow, this will not work with OPM / OPIM.
