This article will discuss the standard steps for creating an "out-of-the-box" project in OpenPlant Modeler. The information below assumes that a supported Windows Server OS is already configured as SQL Server and all OpenPlant applications are installed. It should also be noted that this series of articles focuses on establishing a working Datasource for use in conjunction with OpenPlant Modeler ONLY. Another article to be published at a later date will detail the additional configuration required for OpenPlant Isometrics Manager and OpenPlant Reporting.
