But if user wants to break more than one property with Spec Break component then he will need to make the changes in schema as explained in this article. Steps to Accomplish Open Class editor and load OpenPlant_PID schema from Workspace\Projects\%Project%\Dataset\Schemas folder. Right click on OpenPlant_PID schema and select Supplement Schema.. option and select OpenPlant_PID_Supplemental_Imperial schema. Go to PIPING_NETWORK_SEGMENT class and switch to Properties tab. Add a new property SPEC_CODE and add custom attribute as shown below. Note - If you want to use the existing property or you already have added the custom property, then you don't need to perform this step. Now go to SPEC_BREAK_SPLIT_RUN_PROPERTY_LIST class. Right click on Items in String List custom attribute and select 'Add Element'. Add SPEC_CODE property in the String list. Now go to PIPING_SPECIFICATION_BREAK class and locate the custom attribute 'Data Change Property Names'. Add this expression ( this.SPECIFICATION & "\n" & this.SPEC_CODE ) in MULTIPLE_TEXT_EXPRESSION field as shown in the picture. Save the changes in schema. Verify the Result Launch OpenPlant PID. Open a drawing and place a pipeline. Key-in the Spec Code value for pipe run. Now place the Spec Break on the pipe run placed in above step. Change the Pipe Spec and Spec Code values in the dialog as shown below: Click Ok and see the result. Comments or Corrections?
