Please wait... Unknown command "AT_DOCK_CONTAINERV8I". Press F1 for help. Unknown command "APPREFSELECTAN16.COMPONENTPREFERENCES". Press F1 for help. The account.arx file has become unregister with AutoCAD for component preference to load the account.arx file must be reloaded. Loading the Account.arx File To correct the component preferences issue use the following steps: Open AutoCAD and enter APPLOAD in the command line Navigate to the following path C:\Program Files\Common Files\Bentley Shared\Plant V8i Load the file account17.arx if AutoCAD 2007-2009, load account16.arx if AutoCAD 2006 is in use After loading the accountXX.arx file component preferences should load. If loading the Account.arx file does not correct the error try registering the file APPERFSLECT17.ocx. Register the file by using the following command in Run. Go to Start > Run and enter: Regsvr32 "C:\PROGRAM FILES\COMMON FILES\BENTLEY SHARED\PLANT V8i\APPREFSELECT17.OCX" Correcting other Versions of AutoPLANT For other versions of AutoPLANT use the account.arx and apprefselect.ocx can be in the following folders.
