This error message usually appears when I-model is loaded from different location than default location. Steps to Resolve Launch Projectwise Administrator. Login to the datasource and go to Workspaces>Managed>Project. Select the project CSB and add below variable into the configuration block. OPIM_IMODEL_DIRECTORY Set the projectwise path in the value. It should point to the folder where I-models have to be loaded from. Save the changes and relaunch OpenPlant Isometrics Manager with Managed Workspace. Load the I-model from the defined folder. Still a Problem If there is still some problem and you cannot connect to OPIM after trying the above suggestion, then please create a Service Request and contact Bentley Product Advantage group along with the list of all relevant details to get in depth analysis and for possible solution or workarounds.
