Hello Maggie, AutoPLANT version is 08.11.12.111 is not supported/certified with OPIM 08.11.09.564. Please install OPIM 08.11.09.470 on the affected machine to solve the problem. Also, note the upcoming AutoPLANT release will support OPIM 08.11.09.5xx version and stated issue will be fixed. Please feel free to let us know if you have any queries. Regards Dinesh
