User requirement is to add the notes for Additional material. Problem Description User requirement was to add extra property on components as notes, say ‘Additional Material’ under Note Type. User should have the ability to put a tag on notes in model, as well as to get labelled in isometrics output drawing. Below are the steps to achieve the settings. Steps to Resolve In Class editor, Open ‘OpenPlant_3D.01.04.ecschema.xml’ and supplement it with ‘OpenPlant_3D_Supplemental_Modeling.01.04.ecschema.xml’ schema. Above schema can be found by navigating below project path : C:\ProgramData\Bentley\OpenPlantModelerV8i\WorkSpace\Projects\ OPModeler_Metric\DataSet\Schemas Locate the NOTE class. Right click on it and select “Add Derived Class” and name it as “ADDITIONAL_MATERIAL”. Save the schema and re-launch OPM. You will now see the Additional Material in Notes. Comments or Corrections?
