OpenPlant PowerPID Fundamentals 21 Apr 2015 - 23 Apr 2015 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM EDT 24 hrs Dennis Roberts OpenPlant PowerPID Fundamentals introduces the new user to the basic features of OpenPlant PowerPID. The student learns: to create a detailed P&ID starting with a tour of PowerPID's Main Taskbar pallet and Task Navigation Controls how to place and modify equipment and vessels while tagging components to create an assembly of components and inserts a newly created assembly into the P&ID During the second half of the course, the student uses their acquired knowledge to create a second P&ID. Using line connectors, the student will learn how to link the process lines of the two P&ID drawings. When complete, the student learns how to generate reports using the utilities.
