Wolfie, Another thing to consider is your specs. When you're connecting components, the Joints.ebs is helping to rule-out the components which may or may not be used. If, while checking the connection, your specs are able to return a stud/bolt length which satisfies your minimum calculated requirements, it will allow that particular item. So, if your stud/bolt lengths will satisfy the 6.8mm gasket, the system will simply pick that item. We have (dramatically) modified our system, so I am not sure what is out-of-box. We encourage our users to always have bolt-calculator on. In this, we have customized both the boltlen.ebs and waferblt.ebs calculations (and spec-content) to adhere to ASME B16.5 bolt calculation methods. By doing this, we have the minimum stud lengths in our specs, and if we connect two flanges with a thicker gasket, the calculation will confirm whether we need longer studs, based on our conventional sizing increment (1/4"). Hope this helps a bit. Cheers, Phil
