Check the base class for a rupture disk in OPPID. It has an Instrument base class. So it is possible that it cannot be mapped in the way that you want.
After conversion, manually try to create a relationship between the rupture disk and the pipe run (conformance tools) and see if that works. If not you may have to modify the schema so that a rupture disk has a base class of a valve
