Steps to Accomplish Open class editor and load PIDProjectTemplates.dgnlib file. Go to Element > ElementTemplates. As shown in picture below, expand PIDProjectTemplates.dgnlib and select Major_Pipeline. Change the color and line weight as per requirement. Exit from DGNLIB and open DGN file. Again go to Element>Element Templates. In Element Templates dialog Update Templates from Library under Utility menu. Now place Major_Pipeline in the model, its color and weight will be changed.
