Client and Server log files and log locations Obtain the following files when requested or to include with a service request. OPMS-data-ToServer.LOG.rtf OPMS-data-FromServer.LOG.rtf OpmsServer.log dmskrnl.log Client Logs 1. Get client log files (OpenPlant Modelserver) 2. Log file: OPMS-data-ToServer.LOG.rtf 3. Log File: OPMS-data-FromServer.LOG.rtf 4. From client location C:\Users\%User_Name% \AppData\Local\Bentley\Logs Server logs 1 1. Get the server logs (OpenPlant Modelserver) 2. Log file: OpmsServer.log 3. From location C:\ProgramData\Bentley\Logs Server Logs 2 1. Get the server logs (ProjectWise) 2. Log file: dmskrnl.log 3. From location C:\Users\Public\Bentley\Logs Adding Verbosity to the logs The dmskrnl.log may not have as much data as required to diagnose an issue.
