Hi Ken, The drawing definition file (ddf) in ISOGEN style folder has layer preferences. And it is possible to set different thickness for certain pipe range but I am not certain about tracing pipe line. Please try following, open ISO DWG file and check layer name of tracing pipe line and pipe line with out tracing. If the layer is different , open ddf file that is used in current isogen configuration and search for the layer name. The LAYER-NAMES section in ddf file has list of layers with number and layer name, for instance , if your tracing pipe line layer is TRACE and you have found that this layer is listed under number 25 in LAYER-NAMES list then you need to search ddf file for LAYER 25 to find what component uses this layer. Below is part of PIPELINE-ATTRIBUTES section that uses LAYER 7 ( PIPE layer name) PIPELINE-ATTRIBUTES N.S.RANGE 0 2 THICKNESS 2 2.00 LAYER 7 The second digit after THICKNESS keyword is line weight for AutoCAD. Not sure if this will help. Could you please create a simple model with two connected pipes one of which is with heat tracing and generate iso using ISOGEN configuration stile you have mentioned above(that main line is thicker then tracing one). Then upload result iso and zipped isogen configuration folder here. This will help in further investigation in case if needed. Thank you Regards, Artiom
