OPIM uses default seed file (Seed.dgn) as template for generating isometric. Following steps will guide you for converting existing dwg template to default seed file. Steps to Accomplish Open Default Seed.dgn File. Navigate to project directory. (below example default metric project used) C:\ProgramData\Bentley\Plant V8i\Bentley Plant V8i                                                                           Projects\SAMPLE_METRIC\Config\OpenPlant\Isometrics\styles\IFC\config Make a copy default Seed.dgn which comes during installation. Open project administrator and click on ‘OpenPlant Isometrics’ tab Click ‘Create and Modify’ tab. Open seed file. Refer below screen shot.        Copy Graphics from AutoCAD Template to Seed.dgn File.   Once seed file open, go to File Open, Navigate to path and select template dwg file. Copy all graphic from existing template dwg file as shown below. Now press the highlighted arrow as shown in above image to open seed.dgn. Paste the graphic here. Scale the sheet as per requirement.    Define Drawing Area and Move Text nodes.  Define drawing area as shown below. Define new area for drawing. Click on text node. Move existing text nodes as per desired attribute location. See below sample. Click file Save settings. S ave the file as seed.dgn and verify results. . Comments or Corrections?
