Hello, I am learning how to place pipe and components using Auto Plant V8i. I am finding that the spec has to match the connecting component exactly or the component can not be placed-very fussy! For example, placing a flange with a spec that does not have the Facing or the End Condition of the connecting component exactly, cannot be placed. However, the catalogs I have do not contain the End Condition or the Facing that I need for the weld neck flange I am trying to place. Is there a way I can edit the spec to contain this information that Auto Plant is looking for in the connecting component such as the facing or the end condition?
