Overview During PSDS catalog conversion to OpenPlant Modeler, Additional Schedule does not get converted correctly Problem Description During PSDS conversion, few catalog property like schedule (SCH_RAT3 in PSDS) did not get converted successfully and resulting to error. Requirement was to get the PSDS property ‘SCH_RAT3’ to map in Open Plant Modeler as SCHEDULE2 during the conversion. Steps to Resolve Launch Class Editor v8i 08.26 from start menu. Open ‘OpenPlant_CustomAttributes.08.11.ecschema.xml’ by navigating the project folder C:\%project root%\ WorkSpace\OPModeler\schemas. Again open ‘OpenPlant_3D.01.04.ecschema.xml’ by navigating the project folder. Supplement this with two schema’s ‘OpenPlant_Catalogue_Supplemental_Mapping_PSDS.01.04.ecschema.xml’ &‘OpenPlant_3D_Supplemental_Modeling.01.04.ecschema.xml’ schema. See image below. Navigate to ‘Piping Component’ Class and Create a new property SCHEDULE2 using ‘Add’ button below. Assign name to property SCHEDULE2. Add Custom Attribute for SCHEDULE 2 similar to SCHEDULE property. Add two classes ( OpenPlant_Physical_Catalogue_Property_Map & PSDS Catalogue Property Map) from the dialog box shown below and assign proper location for it. Add location as shown in below image. ‘OpenPlant_Physical_Catalogue_Property_Map’ contains the property name ‘SCHEDULE2’, which creates the column in mdb file after conversion. ‘PSDS Catalogue Property Map’ should be SCH_RAT3. column from PSDS catalog value, which you want to fetch the data. Save settings and close schema. You will be able to get the new property SCHEDULE2 for use. Now run the conversion and data should come through. See image after conversion.
