Hello, I am learning Auto Plant V8i, reviewing the Bentley Learning path for Auto Plant Fundamentals. I have imported some files that contain equipment, piping and P&ID information into my project. However, there does not appear to be any reason for their organization in the document manager. It appears the files are placed where I tell the import wizard to place them based on the target location. It appears if I want to move them to a new location I must delete them from the tree in the document manager and re-import them. If I move these files using windows, their new location does not appear to update in the document manager. To organize files in the document manager, I must use the tools available inside the document manager. It looks like a potential for a lot of confusion in folders that contain information that may not be imported into the project, as I have already managed to accomplish this. Is there a way to perform a project "clean-up" that deletes or tags non-project files? Also is there any reason I can not place all files in one central folder?
