When i try to download the KKS workspace i have to confirm this message: "I attest, under penalty of copyright laws, that I own a copy of Kraftwerk-Kennzeichensystem (KKS) standard from the VBG. http://www.vgb.org" ; Does it mean i have had to buy the KKS standard from vgb/vbg (which i have no idea who they are and the 3 letters are written differently each time)?
