Brian, Use the OPIM tools to open the seed file for a particular project and style. From the Microstation menu bar select: File Open and open the DWG isometric or drawing frame of interest. Its probably opened in the top view which is good. Give a mouse click in the view and do a select all (CTRL+A). Give a copy command (CTRL+C). Now again select File from the Microstation menu bar and pick the original seed file for the MRU list. Now simply click in the isometric view and paste (CTRL+V). You may need to tweak the paste scale a bit. Now you can use the previously mentioned document to configure futher. You can leave the original contents of the seedfile intact and maybe copy/move a few existing text nodes etc from the old drawing frame to the new one
