After installing Autoplant as admin you can see a Built in user in the security settings of C:\program Data\Bentley\plant V8i . After removing the Built in user the problem should be gone. If not then we add the user to the security settings of C:\program Data\Bentley\plant V8i. Doing this has solved the problem for us every time.
