Hello Ayman79, AutoPIPE online help does contain a vast amount of knowledge, however you are correct it does not contain all the information. For those issues that are not covered in the online help or to provide additional information, technical support will create a WIKI page. WIKI pages benefit everyone in providing a library of exiting questions with detailed answers that users have access to around the clock. All information sent into the service request manager are kept confidential. As you know a picture is worth a 1,000 words, and thus occasionally only screen shots showing a small select part of a model may be posted to a WIKI page in order to provide better understanding. No details about the design, user, location, etc. are every posted in a forum or WIKI by Bentley personnel. If you receive a Service request response where the referenced online help or WIKI page link provided does not contain enough information, by all means, please send us back a message asking for more details. Additional information will be sent to you in an email or a referenced WIKI / Forum page will be updated accordingly.  Technical support can only assume that they answer provided answered your question and will close the service request if no response is sent back to use with in a reasonable time frame.
