This issue has been added to the Bentley R&D database as Trouble Report (TR) Number D-134365 for the DataSheets product and will be reviewed by the Development group. Below are the details regarding this Trouble Report: Description: DataSheet Available Field list for AT_View is incorrect from Base Project The DataSheet Editor Application has a fields list section which allows the users to select new fields to be added from various places. One of these is from the AT_Views defined in Project Administrator. It has come to our attention that in a project created from base there are fields in the list that no longer appear in the AT_View. Notice this in the AT_INST view. It will show fields from the Process or Pipe_Run table like they are in the AT_INST view but are not. Steps to Repeat: 1. Create a new project from base. Doesn't matter what database type. 2. Open DataManager and create a new Instrument Tag. 3. Create a new Datasheet for this tag. 4. Open the Datasheet and then open the Available Fields List. 5. Compare the AT_INST view in Project Administrator with the values shown in the Available Fields List. Notice that it has fields from the PIPERUN and PROCESS tables along with other fields that are not defined in the AT_INST view itself. 6. This is our defect. The problem is in new projects created from the base standard. Workaround: In Project Administrator open the AT_INST view and select OK.
