Don't totally agree.. Being a user of CAESAR II for more than 6 years among others I would say that Autopipe is a remarkable software with so many features not available and an up to date code design checks so it looks very good for my clients to see that but also my clients ask questions and would like to see how the code requirements had been applied in Autopipe. I am beginning to  get used to Autopipe just my main comment was that support needs to give more detailed answer or the other option is to make one source of documentation covering all software inputs and outputs.
