PMFJI, but to add to what Jeff mentions, our intention all along with the inclusion of Communities with our support efforts is just that... an inclusion and not a substitution. Simply speaking, we are working towards an integration of Communities as a support function, providing a transparent, efficient, and timely way to get solutions to issues and answers to questions. Although we have done a significant amount of work towards that, we realize that there is still work to be done -- one area is providing SELECT subscribers with a way to "move things along" in situations where issues reported to our Support team are not addressed -- we know that critical situations require immediate attention and we want to provide the best service we can to get you running again.
